AUGARTEN WIEN

Together with the notorious design duo LUCY.D, Augarten Wien revisited the history around the accompanying glass of water which comes with a “real” Viennese Melange. The result of this exploration is an elegant, almost sculptural three-piece, consisting of a simple white coffee cup, a porcelain lid and a gossamer glass mussel.

The “Wiener Melange Set” was portrayed in a modern setting. Highlighting the different glass colors (light-green, light-blue or rosalie) and picturing the different usage options of the set.

Impact

Augarten is Austria’s most traditional porcelain factory with a handmade production only in the heart of Vienna. With each piece of Augarten Porcelain, you do not only buy a piece of art, but also Austrian tradition that is shared for 300 years.
