Body Studies

The “body study” series was created within the framework of GROWNthisway. The challenge I set myself was to capture real emotions and movements when confronting people with their own bodies and story of life. The result was an honest series of portraits and detail shots showing trust, pain, and acceptance.

For this series, I build a studio in my own living room and worked solely with natural window light only. The backdrops were created with colored fabrics.
