UNIDO – Focus On



The campaign aimed to highlight the role of young and female entrepreneurs as key drivers for inclusive and sustainable industrial development (ISID). Raising awareness and explaining the activities of UNIDO and its partners through social media channels with a strong focus on storytelling and portrait photography.

We created various platforms through social media, for the entrepreneurs and role models in the region and making the issues faced by youth and women visible. Furthermore, the campaign showcased impactful solutions and the support and contribution by UNIDO and its partners.

We focussed on the personal success stories of women that were assisted by UNIDO. We told these beautiful stories through the UNIDO social media accounts and therefore create a direct positive impact for the women through higher visibility of UNIDO’s platform.


For this campaign, we flew to different countries visiting women entrepreneurs and high level panel discussion within the framework of the UN. We managed 4 Social Media Channels and created original content for:

Facebook – Twitter – Instagram – Steller


UNIDO’s Focus On project is promoting Women Empowerment for Inclusive and Sustainable Industrial Development in the Middle East and North Africa Region through training, technical assistance and business development.

This project was coming from a personal client and became a 1-year long project as part of my work at the agency BETTER.
